Where can I find you? Where will you be? Are you still standing, Where you left me? Or are you walkin' Somewhere where I'll never find, you You just keep talkin' Leaving me so far behind, you Who are you? please tell me Where are you? please tell me Who are you? please tell me Where are you? please tell me, please You left me hangin' Standing alone Where were you goin' I wished I had known Or are you walkin' Somewhere where I'll never find, you You just keep talkin' Leaving me so far behind, you Who are you? please tell me Where are you? please tell me Who are you? please tell me Where are you? please tell me, please I can remember, Very distinctly, Where I was goin' When you left me Or are you walkin' Somewhere where I'll never find, you You just keep talkin' Leaving me so far behind, you Who are you? please tell me Where are you? please tell me Who are you? please tell me Where are you? please tell me (Repeat last four lines)

Tales 07:33
The hall is silent as the guards sleep, And behind herot’s walls, the monster weeps. He knocks upon herot’s door, To enter in to face the horde. Fate had opened up the gate, And blinded the people all with hate, To a time with dancing days, Find them again before the hours late. A legion of a hundred men, Couldn’t cut through Grendel’s skin, Untill that night when the cold winter’s wind, Revealed to him the bitter end. Fate had opened up the gate, And blinded the people all with hate, To a time with dancing days, Find them again before the hours late. The tales of war were told that day, Beneath the waves Grendel lay. Fate had opened up the gate, And blinded the people all with hate, To a time with dancing days, Find them again before the hours late. Into hell the warrior went, With a word, heaven sent, To defeat lucifer’s friend And reveal to her his bitter end. Fate had opened up the gate, And blinded the people all with hate, To a time with dancing days, Find them again before the hours late.

I'm gettin' tired of the way you act, You know it drives me crazy I can't believe that you got so fat, Were you always so, lazy? I'm sick and tired of the way you are I'm sick and tired of the way you were I"m sick and tired of the way you'll be And I'll be sick and tired until you leave me I'm gettin' tired of the way you sound, It drives me up the wall It's so much quieter when you're not around, Can you turn off at, all? I'm sick and tired of the way you are I'm sick and tired of the way you were I"m sick and tired of the way you'll be And I'll be sick and tired until you leave me I'm gettin' tired of the way you smell, Can I open up a door? It makes me woozy and I don't feel well, I might just end up on the, floor I'm sick and tired of the way you are I'm sick and tired of the way you were I"m sick and tired of the way you'll be And I'll be sick and tired until you leave me I'm gettin' tired of being tired, I've got to get away I'm sick of living with a little liar, You know you can not make me, stay I'm sick and tired of the way you are I'm sick and tired of the way you were I"m sick and tired of the way you'll be And I'll be sick and tired until you leave me (Repeat chorus)

about

Pretty Odd's second EP, continues to follow up its predecessor with the same raw power and swagger. "Please Tell Me," the opening song on the EP, starts with sounds similar to Jet or Steppenwolf. The song itself elaborates on loosing the love of a girl who now seems faceless and unknown. "Tales" recalls the sounds of Led Zeppelin and early spaghetti western film soundtracks, combined with folklore lyrics about Beowulf's battle with Grendel. The last song, "Sick And Tired," recalls the sounds of The Doors' song, Love Her Madly or People Are Strange. Pretty Odd continues to create music that successfully personifies past generations of music, and continues to have a heavy, ballsy sound.

about

Pretty Odd Raleigh, North Carolina

Two friends, Wesley Hitson and Pierce Clawson, had a dream of forming a rockin' band in the midst of the pop dominated music scene when they were just starting high school. The two spent two years putting together talented musicians to create a revival of the old ways of music. In doing this, they found Louis Montgomery, and the twin sisters Willow and Savannah Patten and formed Pretty Odd. ... more
